DepEd Division of Cebu City disseminates the Division Memorandum No. 671, s. 2022 entitled Preparation of RPMS Calendar for SY 2022-2023.
Hence, Mambaling National High School after the VINSET3.0 started the RPMS Phase 1: Performance Planning and Commitment on August 12, 2022 which was attended by all teachers (face-to-face) for target-setting activity. Participants are entitled to a meal allowance of Php 200.00 chargeable against the school MOOE funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations. Teacher-participants can claim a service credit subject to applicable guidelines and policies.
As such, I have participated in the said activity and submitted the following outputs for the day:
- IPCRF Target rating
- Individual Development Plan
Division Online Learning and Development Needs Assessment (OLNA) was also conducted through Google forms which was braced by all teachers. As ICT-Data Coordinator and member of the L&D Committee, I will extract the school data for analysis and interpretation from the division file once available. School-based RPMS Self-Assessment Activity was also conducted using a Google Form, which was made by me, based on the recommended RPMS Self-Assessment Tool for the teachers from DepEd.
