Schools Division of Cebu City - South District 3 (SDCC - SD3) held the annual In-Service Training (INSET) for Teachers for School Year 2022-2023 through hybrid modality. The program focuses on classroom interventions, pedagogy, and assessment in blended learning and was spearheaded by the South District 3 Public Schools District Supervisor Dr. Nestor A. Arandia.
The event was participated by the following schools in the district:
Elementary Schools:

- Mambaling Elementary School
- Napo Elementary School
- Pasil Elementary School
- Sapangdaku Elementary School
Integrated Schools:
- Cantipla Integrated School
- Tabunan Integrated School
High Schools:
- Alaska Night High School
- Mambaling National High School (Night)
- Pasil Night High School
This year's event is a new initiative by the district learning and development planning team which opted the hybrid modality. The schools were grouped into elementary, integrated schools, and high schools and have different venues. Each group has their own resource speakers and teacher-demonstrator for the demo-teaching. Some speakers which was highly requested by other groups due to their expertise needed to do carousel to cater the needs of the various school-groups. The district went an extra mile in providing the service needed for the teachers from the integrated schools which was located in the mountain part of the city by broadcasting the training from Mambaling National High School (Night) on Differentiated Instructions on Research-based Learning by Mr. Romel C. Mutya and Competency-based Assessment in Distance Learning by Dr. Alfredo C. Cano Jr. via Google Meet which was projected through Smart TV by the technical team in the two integrated schools.

The program was concluded with a closing and awarding ceremonies of the resource speakers, participants, and program management team.
